Setup fees are non-refundable because they cover the work required to configure, customize, and deploy your AI receptionist system. This includes consultation, account configuration, workflow creation, AI training, phone provisioning, integrations, testing, onboarding, and other implementation services that are performed upon engagement.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@frictionlessco.com within 30 days of activation and before your next billing date.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of initial service activation and prior to the next monthly billing date. No refunds will be issued for subscription fees charged after the initial thirty (30) day guarantee period.
