CWD Consulting LLC DBA Frictionless Co. offers a 30-Day Risk-Free Service Guarantee for new customers.

Customers who request cancellation within thirty (30) days of initial service activation may receive a refund of their first monthly subscription fee.

The one-time setup fee is non-refundable. Setup fees cover professional services including consultation, account configuration, workflow creation, AI training, phone provisioning, integrations, testing, onboarding, and other implementation services that are performed upon engagement.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of activation and prior to the next monthly billing date. Requests may be submitted to hello@frictionlessco.com.

No refunds will be issued for subscription fees charged after the initial thirty (30) day guarantee period. There are no long-term contracts and clients may cancel their subscription at any time.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
